In August 2016 we launched a free filmmaking course for the LGBTQ+ community funded by The Big Lottery Fund. Called E.D.E.N Shorts, the project taught members of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender community how to make short films that tell transgender stories.
E.D.E.N Shorts provided skills in camera, sound, light, storytelling, interviewing, publishing and editing! Alongside one-to-one support that helped develop the participants skills.
E.D.E.N Shorts launched on the 7 September 2016 with a masterclass from filmmaker Fox Fisher.
The four films that were produced with E.D.E.N Shorts were screened at Transforming Cinema Film Festival 19-20 November 2016.
These films have screened at film festivals around the world and have had an incredible audience reach. We are delighted to be sharing these films with you online.
